Malnad Ultra 2024

The 8th edition of Tekion Malnad Ultra offers an elevated trail running experience in South India’s Malnad region, nestled within the Indian coffee heartland. The race is set for 23rd November this year and runners can experience elevation ranging from 1000m to 1600m.

This event is ITRA-certified and serves as a qualifier for the Western states endurance run.

Races

Net Ascent/Descent: +3429/-3429 m, Start Time: 6:30 a.m

Runners must complete two loops of 50K in 21 hours across five coffee plantations. .

Net Ascent/Descent: +1712/-1712 m, Start Time: 7:00 a.m

Runners must complete a single loop of 50K across five coffee plantations in 10 hours

Net Ascent/Descent: +1210/-1210 m, Start Time: 7:30 a.m

Entry category is designed to introduce city runners to trail running. Runners must complete 30K in 6.5 hours.

We're excited to offer a package for the upcoming Malnad Ultra Run with stay at newly built “Navile” (means peacock). The property has stunning views and is just two kilometers away from the trail run. The package availability is limited, and it's on a first-come, first-serve basis!

Package Itinerary

November 22nd

  • Meet and Greet at Navile - from 11 AM

  • Check-In

  • Lunch

  • Rest

  • Meet at 5 PM for tea & Snacks, Introduce each other

  • Local sightseeing between 3 - 5 pm based on interest

  • Fun Activities - 6 pm onwards

  • Dinner & Early to bed.

November 23rd

  • Pick-up and Drop to the Run Start Point

  • Lunch, Tea & Snacks, Dinner

  • Bonfire

November 24th

  • Breakfast

  • Check-Out by 1 pm
